Batavia Blotter: 3 Domestic Batteries Reported

The following information was supplied by the Batavia Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Three separate arrests on charges of domestic battery were made by Batavia police between June 23 and June 30, 2013.

Batavia police arrested Erin Phipps, 35, of Batavia on charges of domestic battery bodily harm, domestic battery physical contact, battery and assault following an incident reported at 2:21 a.m. June 30 in the 200 block of East Wilson Street, reports said.

Batavia police arrested Ray Ishaq, 47, of Batavia on charges of domestic battery bodily harm and domestic battery physical contact in the 2700 block of Andrews Avenue, according to a report filed around 7:39 p.m. June 25. Ishaq was transported to Kane County Jail and was awaiting bond call at the time the report was filed.

Batavia police arrested Robert Harper, 43, of Batavia on charges of domestic battery around 12;18 p.m. June 23 in the 400 block of Franklyn Street, reports said. He was transported to the Kane County Jail and was awaiting bond call at the time the report was filed.
