Batavia Blotter: 19-Year-Olds Charged With Consumption of Alcohol
The following information was supplied by the Batavia Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Batavia police arrested Jacob A. Pesavanto, 19, of Lockport on charges of consumption of alcohol by a minor around 12:09 a.m. June 30 in the 1100 block of West Wilson Street, reports said. He also had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on traffic offenses and was transported to Kane County Jail.
Also arrested on charges of consumption of alcohol by a minor was Jordan Matzen-Campise, 19, of Batavia. Matzen-Campise was issued a notice to appear. Both 19-year-olds have a court date of July 16.
