Second Photo of Batavia Bank Robber Released

This image shows the suspect at a teller window. Police continue to investigate the robbery.

Another photo of the male suspect in the weekend armed robbery in Batavia was posted online.

The second image, shown here on this page, is of the suspect at a teller’s window on Saturday inside the Old Second National Bank location on the 1000 block of East Wilson Street. In his right-gloved hand, he holds a black semi-automatic handgun on the counter.

The suspect took an unknown amount of money and fled the bank, according to police. Officers responded to the bank at 10:08 a.m. Saturday.

The suspect was described as 25-30 years old, 5'9'' to 5'10'' wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, a black scarf covering his face and blue jeans.
