• Christina Ricci Lists Los Feliz Bungalow
  Ricci grew up in L.A. and is the daughter of a real estate agent. That exposure seems to have helped her purchase and sell some fascinating homes over the years.  Now the former “Addams Family” star is looking to unload her 1,900-square-foot bungalow in Los Feliz.  Ricci has listed the 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom home at 5417 Red Oak Dr., Los Angeles, CA 90068 for $1.695 million. She paid $1.5 million for the place back in 2005.
• ‘Dexter’ Star Michael C. Hall Sells in Hollywood Hills
  He may play a serial killer on TV, but in real life, Michael C. Hall would rather buy and sell stellar houses in Los Angeles.  The “Dexter” star has just sold his Hollywood Hills home for $2.1 million.  The 4,572-square-foot home at 2092 Mound St., Los Angeles, CA 90068 contains 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and sits on a third of an acre. The home features a media room, reading nook, wine room and library. There’s also a 1-bed, 1-bath guest cottage.
• Celebrity house for sale: Queen Latifah
  Actress, Grammy Award-winning singer and talk show host Queen Latifah has listed her Colts Neck, N.J., home for sale, according to Realtor.com.  Priced at $2.399 million, this 7,882 square foot home boasts 6BR/5.3BA.  It features a gourmet kitchen, an Olympic-sized infinity pool and a two-story great room with access to two decks.
