Batavia Parks: Braeburn Park and Preserve

5.5 Acres Open Space, 44.5 Acres Marsh & Wetland

Located on the west side of Batavia, Illinois, Braeburn Park and Preserve is a 50 acre oasis of recreation and nature.  Here you'll find 5.5 acres of open space boasting such amenties as;

  • Basketball Court with 4-Square and Hopscotch
  • Baseball Diamond
  • Picnic Area with Grill and Shelter
  • Playground
  • Walking Path
Jointly owned by the Batavia and Geneva Park Districts and the Kane County Forest Preserve, you'll also find 44.5 acres of marsh and wetland.  There is a raised walkway for access to this portion of the preserve.

The park is located at 507 Western Ave in Batavia, IL
