The "Green Rush"

Now that the governor has signed the Medical Marijuana Act into law, Kane county should get in on the action.  The Illinois Dept of Arg. www.agr.state.il.us will be accepting applications for 22 cultivation centers in Illinois.  Applications should be ready by the Fall of 2014.  Kane county gets money from riverboats for many social services, why not a cultivation center? We have the land.
