The poll that was include with this article has been removed and will be updated.

Earlier this week, one of the country's leading breast cancer research fundraising organizations decided to not renew grants for Planned Parenthood used to fund breast exams, the Huffington Post reports.

The organization Susan G. Komen for the Cure has since faced pressure from women's health groups, lawmakers and even from some of its own affiliates to reverse the decision and restore its five-year partnership with the health care provider.

Representatives for Susan G. Komen said on Tuesday the organization put in place a new rule that prohibits partnerships with other organizations that are under investigation, according to the Huffington Post. Planned Parenthood currently is under investigation by Congress.

Do you agree with Susan G. Komen's decision?

rock on martha! abortions used to be illegal, yet they were being performed. If the radical anti-abortionist got there way...abortions would still continue - just illegally and in a manner that endangers the life of women. Next, they would have to arrest and jail women for having abortions. Of course, they will have the government intrude into the lives of women...and investigate every "miscarriage" for criminal activity. You bet the private jail corporations want more women prisoners to jail - all for the sake of a profit.

The money that Koman raised for breast cancer went to breast cancer research and breast exams, which were provided by Planned Parenthood. None of the money paid for abortions. Pulling funding only put more women at risk by removing needed health care.
