H.E.L.P. is an all-volunteer organization that rescues stray and abandoned cats and dogs, providing medical care and shelter until the animals are adopted into loving homes. H.E.L.P. is not an animal shelter; the animals live in volunteers’ homes. Each dog or cat is spayed or neutered, vaccinated, treated for parasites and microchipped.
