The Holmstad Christmas Open House
A trolley will ferry you around The Holmstad retirement community so you can enjoy a progressive Christmas Open House on Saturday, Dec. 14, from 2 to 4 p.m. at The Holmstad, 700 W. Fabyan Parkway, Batavia.
All 38 acres of the retirement community will be decked out for whole-family entertainment. Hop on and off the trolley to enjoy a nativity scene with live animals, Mr. & Mrs. Claus and their favorite elf, and face painting for the kids. Four musical venues will offer your choice of holiday sounds. Refreshments will include appetizers in Park Manor catered living, a main course in the Town Center residential retirement, and desserts in the health center and assisted living. Plus, you can enter to win a raffle prize.
