SUMMER YOGA SCHOOL – Arm Balances with Marina Lisjonok, $20

Do Arm Balances feel out of reach?  Would you like to learn more Arm Balances Some of you are almost there or only mastered one arm balance but are not familiar with others and would like to learn and experience more. Yogic arm balance practice helps with building strength, flexibility and balance all at the same time. This practice is energizing, uplifting and is lots of fun. On physical level it strengthens upper chest, core, arms, wrists, and heart, demands the strength and flexibility of hips and shoulders and works the spine. It pulls the mind into present moment awareness, thus, improves one’s concentration and focus.  It helps with overcoming fear and self-doubt. It teaches mindfulness and helps to cultivate trust and confidence in yourself and the body you are blessed with. During this two-hour class devoted to arm balance practice you will learn and take steps that will prepare you for arm balancing and will learn various arm balancing postures while following detailed instructions. Leave the class feeling stronger and empowered, while being equipped with knowledge and subjective experience that move you along on your path to self-mastery.
