& story. Our workshops cultivate balance, relieve
stress, promote healing and fun.

Playful Hearts combines the relaxation of the crystal
singing bowls with the ease of InterPlay®, a practice
and philosophy rooted in unlocking the wisdom of the
body through the power of play.
