Celebrating Those Who Inspire Us!
Inspire 2014 is the Batavia Chamber of Commerce's annual awards event. The awards presentation of the Citizen of the Year and Ole Award winners will follow a social reception and silent auction.
Purchase tickets, at a cost of $35 each, by Monday, Jan. 27. Online purchasing is available at www.bataviachamber.org/programs, or call the Chamber office at (630) 879-7134. The price includes a substantial appetizer menu. Cocktail attire is suggested. Also new is an after-event party at Aliano’s Ristorante, 90 N. Island Ave., Batavia.
Since 1958, the Batavia Chamber of Commerce has recognized those individuals who inspire with their outstanding contributions to the Batavia community by honoring them with the Batavia Citizen of the Year Award.
The Ole Award is an accolade started in 1976 to honor businesses for a significant improvement and investment for either new construction or remodels in Batavia.
