The festival will take place at Bethany Lutheran Church, 8 S. Lincoln St. in Batavia and feature music by the choir as well as Margaret Lekander and Christopher Karl, violinists and Shirley Fox, pianist. This year's St. Lucia, Queen of Light, is Lucy Smith of Geneva.
