Cool, Sunny, High Winds to the West

Temps will stay in the 40s with sunny skies for the next couple days, according to the National Weather Service.

Today will be sunny in the morning before turning partly cloudy. The high will reach about 40 degrees with north winds at about 10 mph.

Tonight will have lows in the mid 20s. The winds will turn light and variable under a partly cloudy sky.

Monday will be mostly sunny with highs in the low 40s again. There will be 10 mph winds, but this time they will come from the southeast.

Wind gust hits 40 mph in Sugar Grove

Our neighbor to the west had some strong winds on Saturday morning.

A non-thunderstorm wind gust of 40 mph was recorded at Chicago Aurora Municipal Airport. 'Tis the season!
