Dart Foundation Supports Marklund’s Early Intervention Program

(Geneva, IL)   Marklund, a non-profit organization that serves children and adults with severe developmental disabilities, recently received $2,500 from the Dart Foundation in North Aurora in support of Marklund’s Early Intervention Program.

 

The Early Intervention Program provides on-going developmental therapy sessions for infants and toddlers that exhibit a potential for developmental delays. The therapy focuses on a child’s activities of daily living, play skills, and any behavior issues.

This gift shows that the Dart Foundation is committed to helping parents cope and learn positive parenting skills to help their children lead full and happy lives.” said Michelle Augoustatos, Marklund’s Early Intervention Program Coordinator/Developmental Therapist.
