DATE ANNOUNCED FOR ANNUAL BATAVIA HIGH SCHOOL CORN BOIL

 The Batavia High School Corn Boil is a community event that traditionally signals the beginning of the fall sports season! The Batavia High School administration and coaching staff would like to invite you to this year's event.

The Corn Boil draws Batavians of all ages for good food and entertainment. This is a community event, not just for the high school, so come out and enjoy an evening of fun!

The 2013 Corn Boil will be held on school grounds on Friday, August 23rd from 5:00PM to 7:00PM at 1201 Main St. (festivities will be on the Wilson Street Side).

Entertainment will be provided by the BHS Marching Band, the Cheer teams and the Dance teams. Various sports practices will also take place during the event.

At 7:30PM, the fall sport student athletes and their parents will attend an informational meeting in the BHS gymnasium, hosted by Athletic Director Dave Andrews.

Menu: Hotdog or Brat, Ear of Corn, Chips, Water or Soda

Cost: Adults $7, Students $6, Seniors 65 and older $4, Family of 4 $25, $5 for extra family members
