The Albright Theatre is located on the 3rd floor of the Batavia government building.
Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script.
Callbacks are optional and may be held on Tuesday, October 8 at 7:30 pm (by invitation only).
Christmas is coming but Santa Claus is missing! The vibrant citizens of the North Pole soon start losing their color and holiday spirit. It’s up to Detective Red Mistletoe to get some answers, rescue Santa, and save Christmas!
Casting up to 5 adults (male & female) and up to 25 girls, boys and teens (ages 6-13)
Character Descriptions:
Red Mistletoe: Hard-boiled Bogart/Columbo-type detective (age13-18)
Girl Elves: Energetic, enthusiastic, boy crazy (ages 9-18)
Toy Tester Elves: Tough, athletic girls and boys (ages 9-13)
Elder Elves: The older generation, children and teens (ages 11-18)
Fruitcake Vendor: Humbug’s sidekick, not too bright (age 13-20s)
Doctor Green: Doctor at North Pole - for people & animals (age 13-30s)
Mrs. Claus: Santa’s wife, kind, sweet, a bit disorganized (age 40+)
Orange Gumdrop: girl or boy (age 6-12)
Purple Gumdrop: girl or boy (age 6-12)
Snowflake: girl (age 6-12)
Candy Cane: girl or boy (age 6-12)
Tree: girl or boy (age 6-12)
Bob Humbug: Nasty and ill-humored (age 20s-40s)
Holly Wreath: Humbug’s attractive assistant (age 13-20s)
Santa Claus: Himself (age 40+)
