This program focuses on the 10 warning signs of serious memory loss. It includes a basic overview of Alzheimer's disease, covers risk factors, diagnosis, and the benefits of early detection. Through the use of video footage, you will meet people living with memory loss as they address the fears and myths associated with dementia, and hear from the family members who are on the journey with them.

More About Batavia Park District Civic Center
Batavia Park District Civic Center is a community facility housing the administrative offices of the Batavia Park District. The center offers numerous activities, programs and facilities for residents of the community. The building offers the Bartholomew Room, which is a large multi purpose room and also has a full size gymnasium for recreational activities. The facility has the "Flippers" gymnastics program and also offers meeting rooms for rent for various occasions,including the Bartholomew room, conference room, gym area and lower level. Some features of the meeting rooms include a kitchen area, dry erase board, chairs and tables, basketball hoops and space for up to 100.
