 \;The presentation will be at the Historic Kendall County Courthouse\, 1
 10 West Madison Street\, in Yorkville. &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\;There are 
 5 spots reserved for recent veterans\, who must display their military I
 Ds to qualify for a free class. &nbsp\; &nbsp\;"About Boating Safely" is
  the most popular boating safety class in America. &nbsp\;The course sho
 ws a colorful power point slide show together with an easy-to-follow tex
 tbook.\nThere is a state law in Illinois that requires teenagers\, ages 
 12-17\, to successfully complete a qualified\, boating-safety course bef
 ore driving a power boat or wave runner by themselves. &nbsp\; This clas
 s will help recreational boaters to learn the right way to stay safe on 
 the water. &nbsp\;The Coast Guard is making a dramatic effort this year 
 to promote safety education.&nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\;"The students really 
 enjoy this class\," instructor Dale Polak observed. &nbsp\;"And we would
  prefer to teach a boater about safety then have to rescue them when in
