Alice Gustafson Elementary School (AGS) invites the community to share in the fun, food, games and prizes during its annual Fun Fair on Friday, March 2 from 5–8 p.m.

This year’s theme is “Gators in Space.” Have a galactic good time and enjoy a fun and economical family night out!

Punch cards and raffle tickets can be purchased for $5 at the door. Each punch card has 20 punches and is used to keep track of game winnings for prize redemption.  All games one punch, inflatables just two punches.  

Credit card payments will be accepted throughout the
Fun Fair.

You don’t want to miss the Meteor Shower and a chance to give a teacher a galactic space shower. Try out other new games such as Pluto Plinko, Alien Operation, Cosmic Bowling, Inter Galactic Space Spin, Astronaut Floor Hockey, Pop-A-Shot, golf games and MORE! Check out the Planetary Rock Climb/Slide inflatable and the Moon Jump along with the always popular Asteroid Cake Walk and Rocket Launch Soda Walk.

Enticing cuisine fit for an astronaut is available for purchase including Orbit Dogs, Planetary Pizza, Cotton Constellation Candy, Solar Slushies, Big Dipper Nachos and more.

Be sure to check out the silent auction for a chance to win any of the following:

• An iPad2 with accessories
• 4 one-day Disney park hopper passes
• A chance to throw out the first pitch at the AGS summer Kane County Cougars game
• A 3 month Delnor fitness membership, Brookfield Zoo, museum and theater passes plus much more! 

Purchase tickets for these big prizes on-site for $1 each or six for $5.

Impressively filled theme-related baskets from AGS and Early Childhood Center (ECC) families and area businesses will be displayed on stage and raffled at the event. Theme baskets include"

• Purchase tickets on-site for $2 each.

The annual Fun Fair is organized and conducted by the school’s PTO and is one of its biggest fundraisers of the year. The profits benefit the students by providing: 

• classroom and curriculum support
• enrichment opportunities
• funds for special purchases
• classroom materials
• field trips
• assemblies

Alice Gustafson School is located at 905 Carlisle Road, Batavia. Carlisle Road is located south of Main Street off Route 31. The Fun Fair entrance is located on the east side of the building.
