Contemporary dance returns to Water Street Studios with the nationally touring group, Core Project Chicago, performing "6 Women" in the unique space of the Water Street Studios Main Gallery. This multi-disciplinary performance features original video, dance and soundscores by Core Project Chicago artists and collaborators.
The evening-length work includes a variety of artistic voices exploring the various feminine roles the artists have taken on in their daily lives. "6 Women" will create a web of movement and media throughout the gallery bringing the audience in close proximity with CPC's dynamic explorations.

More About Water Street Studios
Water Street Studios was created to to show art and mentor art students.
Run by The Batavia Artists Association, it has become a community gathering place to view and purchase all forms of art, from canvas to sculpture. The exhibits rotate every four months, and it holds special events throughout the year.
