Multi-Vehicle Accident on Fabyan Parkway Tuesday at Settler's Hill Golf Entrance

A car, an SUV and another vehicle collide near the Settler's Hill Golf Course entrance, apparently with injuries and extrication.

Tri-Com Dispatch reported a multi-vehicle accident on Fayban Parkway near the entrance of Settler's Hill Golf Course around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.

As of 2:55 p.m. Geneva police and emergency personnel were at the scene. Westbound traffic was blocked on Fabyan Parkway by a police vehicle at Kirk Road. Eastbound traffic was moving, directed by a police officer.

Two vehicles were visible from the south side of Fabyan Parkway: a green car whose airbag was deployed and a white sports utility vehicle with damage to the front end. The SUV had team names and numbers written in white on the rear windows. "Let's Go Wildcats!" was written on a rear, driver's-side window. (See photos attached to this story.)

The initial reports from Tri-Com Dispatch indicated that extrication was necessary. Medical personnel appeared to be attending to a woman at the side of the road at around 2:55 p.m.

Geneva Patch will follow up when information is available from official sources.
