Jeanette M. Baum, 31, of the first block of North Lincoln Street, was arrested at 8:55 a.m. Nov. 27 at the intersection of North Avenue and Jefferson Street, police said. She was charged with aggravated DUI — third violation, DUI license suspended or revoked and driving while license suspended/revoked DUI/SSS third offense. Baum was also cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She was transported to the Kane County Jail. Batavia Police Department

Benahdam M. Hurt, 19, of the 700 block of North Van Buren Street, was arrested at his home at 11:20 p.m. on Nov. 27. A complaint was issued for domestic battery-bodily harm-other prior conviction and domestic battery-making physical contact with prior conviction. Hurt was transported to the Kane County Jail.

Rosa M. Camacho, 38, of the 600 block of Gates Street, Aurora, was arrested at 1:24 a.m. Dec. 5 at Kirk and Giese roads, police said. She was cited for no valid driver's license and operating an uninsured vehicle. Camacho was released on an I-Bond.
Magaly B. Ojeda, 23, of the 400 block of Center Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at 8:15 a.m. Dec. 3 on the 200 block of East Wilson Street, police said. She was cited for speeding and no valid driver's license. Ojeda was released on an I-Bond.
John A. Cunningham, 48, of the 700 block of Fabyan Parkway, was arrested on the 700 block of Fabyan Parkway at 2:26 p.m. on Dec. 2, police said. He was charged with armed violence with a category III weapon, aggravated battery to a person more than 60 years of age, domestic battery-making physical contact and interfering with domestic violence reporting. Cunningham was transported to the Kane County Jail.
Ryan M. Kitowski, 20, of the 1300 block of 9th Street, Harvard, Ill., was arrested at 10:40 p.m. Dec. 1 on the 400 block of Elm Street, police said. He was cited for DUI: Alcohol, no valid driver's license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Kitowski posted $300 cash bond.
