Kirk and Fabyan Intersection Open After Morning Vehicle Fire
There was a vehicle fire and/or crash at the intersection after 7 a.m. this Tuesday morning, police report.

Be careful on Kirk Road and Fabyan Parkway this morning—emergency crews responded to a vehicle fire.
Reports of the fire first went out at about 7:10 a.m. this Tuesday morning. The incident happened at the Kirk-Fabyan intersection, according to an online message from Batavia Police.
Fabyan was closed for most of the 7 a.m. hour at Fabyan and Kingsland Drive on Batavia's northeast side, police said.
Geneva Police was the main responder for this crash, Batavia Police said in its message.
This is the third traffic-halting incident in as many weeks for the Kirk and Fabyan intersection. On Thursday, a woman was sent to a hospital and a man was cited in a car vs. pickup truck crash at the intersection. On Nov. 25 (Black Friday), a morning crash at Kirk Road and Fabyan Parkway sent three people to the hospital.
