Vendors Are Invited to Apply for Booth Space for a Fundraiser on Saturday, November 3

Ladies Night Out Promises Shopping Galore and will Benefit Batavia United Way

You may think it is too early to think about holiday shopping. Think again.

Batavia United Way is sponsoring a ladies’ night out shopping event on Saturday, November 3 from 7 to 10 p.m. The fundraiser will take place in Shannon Hall at the Batavia Park District’s East Side Community Center, 14 N. Van Buren St., Batavia.

Before holiday chaos takes over, mark your calendar to shop the over 30 vendors for gifts for the host, holiday presents, and of course, gifts to treat yourself. Admission for browsers and shoppers is free. Raffles and refreshments are planned as well.

Vendor booths are limited and cost $30 each or $35 for spaces with electricity access and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. To ensure a diverse market for shoppers, no more than two vendors from an industry may show their products.

For more information on how to become a vendor, contact the event chairperson, Rebecca Mayer through Batavia United Way at 630-879-4041. You can also contact Jody Haltenhof, Executive Director of Batavia United Way, at the same number, or email her jody@bataviaunitedway.org.

All proceeds generated through the table fees, raffles, and concessions go directly to supporting Batavians in need. Batavia United Way is a nonprofit community based organization that helped more than 6,000 Batavians last year by granting more than $80,000 to local groups.
