State Street Dance Studio in Geneva is proud to announce its celebration of the 9th Nutcracker production this year in Batavia!

State Street will be presenting its annual performance of this classic holiday ballet at newly built Batavia Fine Arts Centre.  

Check out the new scenery too! Beautifully designed backdrops are another element to add to this year’s fresh new changes that will help transport you into Clara's livingroom - where all the magic begins. 

The Director of the Nutcracker, Linda Cunningham, shares
that “we always try to make each year a little bigger and more special.” In keeping with that concept, they will be having some world renowned guests in the dance industry. Cuban natives, Ariel Cisneros and Abdelazis Rogue, will be featured as the Snow King and our Grand Pas Cavalier.

Ariel Cisneros is a former Joffrey Ballet Dance and Abdelazis Rogue has previously danced with the Miami City
Ballet amongst many others. Another special guest will be Dance Moms Miami star, Jessi Kennedy. Jessi and her partner will be performing a special treat for us during the 2nd act of the show.

There will also be pre-show entertainment before the
performances on both Saturday and Sunday.

Performances will be held at the Batavia Fine Arts Centre on Saturday, December 15 at 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm and on Sunday, December 16 at 2:00 pm.
